Sanad Properties Egypt ("Sanad") is a real estate advisory brand in Egypt. This note explains what we do with the details you send us.

• What we collect: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and anything you choose to tell us about the property you want (area, budget, timing, message). This comes from our website form, WhatsApp, phone calls, our social media pages and ad forms.
• Calls: if your call is answered by Lina, Sanad's voice assistant, the call is recorded and summarised so an advisor can follow up.
• Why: only to answer you, send you a shortlist, arrange viewings and follow up on your request.
• Who sees it: the Sanad team. When you choose to go ahead with a unit, we share the details needed to register your interest or reservation with that developer and its sales partner. We do not sell your data.
• How long: we keep your details while we are helping you, and delete them on request.
• Cookies and storage: this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language and the projects you pick to compare on your own device only. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Your choice: you can ask us to update or delete your details, or stop contacting you, at any time: info@sanadproperties.com
